2018 Chevy Camaro Praise Via “Road Show”: Verdicts are In

From the Fourth Avenue Winter Street Fair to the Luminaria Nights at the Tucson Botanical Gardens, the city will be bustling with many various holiday events this year. As our thoughts turn to our loved ones and ways we could give them the best Christmas ever, a new car purchase could be the thing to surprise them with under the tree! If there is someone in your life that has just had a major achievement or you feel really needs something extra special, the keys to a legendary and high-powered vehicle like the brand new 2018 Camaro could be the most well-planned surprise you've ever come up with. This new car is so awesome, that the good folks at the Road Show website and blog had some praise for its release.

Writer Jon Wong was kind enough to weigh in on this thoughts after multiple hours behind the wheel, and what he had to say was in high regard. After tapping into the power and prowess that is the new Camaro, he wrote that the rev-matching function is “excellent”, and that the grippy tires were perfect for tricky cornering. These babies are 20-inch Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3-run flat tires, and will provide a grip that is so agile and able, it helps with the actual creation of launch power needed for the off-the-line burst.

The well-driven Mr. Wong also loved the way the new Camaro SS handled for him while haplessly bombing around back roads, and cited excellent response from the Brembo brakes that handle the slowdown duty. These amazingly crafted brakes are composed of 4-piston front and rear calipers, and are A-list capable of slowing the weighty Camaro down when needed. Camaros are a car that is tried and true as far as track racing is concerned: the car is among the highest in stature of picks for well-known entities such as the United States Hot Rod Association.

When you come to visit us on the lot here at Orielly Chevy, don't forget to inquire about how the Redline Package can dash a little extra character upon this already very awesome car. It adds blacked-out features to the mirrors, 20-inch aluminum wheels, tail lamps, and bowtie emblems. You also get red accents on the front fender decals, and an appropriately menacing appearance right off the bat. The Chevy Mylinks System is another feature that even the most tech-savvy driver will be won over by right away: there's an 8-inch touchscreen for navigation, and a pristine-sounding 9-speaker Bose Audio setup. You can receive incoming calls, dial out, keep up with text message alerts, and enjoy many other convenient features, all without even picking up your mobile device.

The Road Show write-up also praises the interior upgrade for 2018, citing better quality and comfort in the new model Camaro SS. Steering that is able to handle the most demanding of corners and legendary prowess and power are all strong draws to this new-for-2018 car, a suitable and pleasantly snarling gift for a grad, new driver, or dear loved one you've cherished for years!
